On the request of our tourists, we have created a special tour in search of the Northern lights for adults only.
You’ll be picked up directly from your accommodation in a comfortable minibus and whisked away from the city lights into the serene darkness, maximizing your chances of witnessing this natural wonder. We choose maximum locations 50 km from Rovaniemi based on current weather conditions to ensure the best viewing experience possible.
What to Expect:
Small Group Experience (minimum 2 – maximum 8 people): Enjoy a more intimate adventure as we take you to locations that larger tour buses can’t access. This offers a chance to revel in the beauty of the night sky surrounded by fewer people.
Dedicated Aurora Hunting: Spend a full 3 hours actively seeking the best spots for optimal Aurora viewing. We visit 3-4 spots during the tour depending on how quickly we find the lights. With a bit of luck and clear skies.
Hot drinks to Keep You Warm: As you venture into the cold, warm up with some comforting drinks provided by our guides, ensuring you stay cozy while you wait for the Northern lights to appear.
Memories Captured: Our guides are equipped to capture stunning photos when the Northern Lights emerge, giving you a wonderful keepsake of your adventure.
Cancellation Policy
The Northern Lights are a natural phenomenon and sightings can never be guaranteed. Usually, we can tell beforehand how likely it is that the tour is a success, e.g. by using weather forecasts. If the conditions aren’t right, and you have already booked the tour, you will be contacted as soon as possible and notified of the tour cancellation or offer to change the date. This is usually done by leaving a text message to your mobile phone, that´s why very important to give your phone during the reservation.
In the case of the tour being cancelled or you cancel the tour 8 hours before the tour start, you will receive a full refund.
But
if we were on the tour and did not see the Northern lights your payment is not refunded!

Booking:
The reservations should be made preferably 2 days in advance.
Program is organised with min. 2 persons.
Children:
0-3 year old children, free of charge.
4-13 year old children get child discount.
Guiding:
Excursion will be guided in English/Finnish, other languages upon request.
You will be picked up by our guide from your hotel at Rovaniemi.
Pricing:
All prices are quoted in Euros (€) and include Finland’s Value Added Tax.
Confirmation:
When the reservation is confirmed, proforma invoice will be charged. Reservation is confirmed when the payment is made.
In case the payment is not received in due date, we have the right to cancel the reservation.
Terms of payment:
100% deposit to be charged when confirming the booking.
Cancellation rules:
More than 31 days prior to arrival – 10% reservation fee to be charged.
30-14 days prior the arrival: 50% from the total amount to be charged.
Less than 14 days prior the arrival: 100% from the total amount to be charged.
