Inside the Snow Restaurant Experience365 everything is built out of snow & ice and the temperature stays at a chilly -5° all-year-round. Enjoying a hearty dinner at an ice table is definitely an unforgettable once-in-a-lifetime experience.

We offer you five options for your main course. The same starter, sides and dessert are included in the price for all main courses.

What’s included?

  • Entrance fee to the SnowCastle

What do I need to bring?

  • Warm, layered winter clothing including a hat, gloves and a scarf in the winter. The temperature inside is always at a chilly -5°C. Winter clothing is provided free of charge for guests of the SnowExperience365 outside the winter months.

Starter
  • Creamy parsnip soup with porcini mushrooms and burnt leek
Main course options
  • Beer-braised lamb with apple & date puree
  • Wine-braised beef brisket with red onion marmalade
  • Charred whitefish with a brown butter & lemon sauce and fried kale
  • Grilled chicken with a creamy dijon-rosemary sauceand fried kale
  • Fried chickpea tofu with herb mayonnaise and fried kale

Glazed root vegetables and almond potato mash served on the side of all main courses

Dessert
  • Arctic berry crumble with warm salted caramel, vanilla sauce and meringue

* We use a special northern variety of almond potato called the Lapin Puikula (PDO). It’s acclimatized only to the cold climate of the northernmost areas of Finland and a common ingredient in traditional Lapland cuisine. The potato has a characteristic buttery taste and aroma with a yellow, floury flesh.

Terms and conditions

Booking:

The reservations should be made preferably 2 days in advance.
Program is organised with min 1 attendant.

Children:

0-3 year olds, free of charge.
Children 3-11 years old get –40% off the prices.

Pricing:

All prices are quoted in Euro (€) and include Finland’s Value Added Tax.

Confirmation:

When the reservation is confirmed, proforma invoice will be charged.
Reservation is confirmed when the payment is made.
In case the payment is not received in due date, we have the right to cancel the reservation.

Terms of payment:

100% deposit to be charged when confirming the booking.

Cancellation rules:

More than 31 days prior to arrival – 10% reservation fee to be charged.
30-14 days prior the arrival: 50% from the total amount to be charged.
Less than 14 days prior the arrival: 100% from the total amount to be charged.
