Experience the magic of the Arctic Circle and Santa Claus Village on a day trip to Rovaniemi, the capital of Finnish Lapland, which is only a 1.5 hour ride from Kemi.
You will travel to Rovaniemi by train. In Rovaniemi you will meet our professional guide and continue to Santa Claus Village by comfortable coach. Santa Claus Village and Santa Claus’ Office are located at the Arctic Circle.
Santa is always sitting in his office and you will have a chance to meet him and whisper your Christmas wishes in his ear. In the village you may also visit Santa Claus post office and order a “real” letter from Santa for next Christmas for your children and friends.
Rudolf’s gift factory shop offers the best Christmas gifts shopping. You’ll cross the Arctic Circle and receive a diploma.
You have plenty of free time to explore Rovaniemi city centre and do shopping at Santa Claus Village. At the end of an exciting day we will travel back to Kemi by train.

Booking:
The reservations should be made preferably 2 days in advance.
Program is organised with min. 2 attendants (min. 2adults).
Children:
Child discount is applicable for 3-11 year olds.
In husky safari programs children under 12 years will travel in a sledge as passenger. Two children can be put in a sleigh at the same time.
Guiding:
Safaris and excursions are guided in English/Finnish, other languages upon request .
Insurance:
Personal travel insurance is recommended.
Weather conditions:
Excursions are subject to change due to weather conditions. As a responsible tour operator Taxari Travel Agency Ltd reserves the right to change the routing, pricing and the duration of the excursions without prior notice.
Pricing:
All prices are quoted in Euros (€) and include Finland’s Value Added Tax.
Confirmation:
When the reservation is confirmed proforma invoice will be charged. Reservation is confirmed when the payment is made.
In case the payment is not received in due date, we have the right to cancel the reservation.
Terms of payment:
100% deposit to be charged when confirming the booking.
Cancellation rules:
More than 31 days prior to arrival – 10% reservation fee to be charged.
30-14 days prior the arrival: 50% from the total amount to be charged.
Less than 14 days prior the arrival: 100% from the total amount to be charged.
