You can experience Finnish winter as its best! Whether you want to relax in the absolute silence and peace of the nature, breathtaking views opening right in front of your eyes, or feel a rush of adrenaline in our well groomed slopes, Iso-Syöte is the place for you!
Resort is located on two rounded fells, surrounded by Syöte Natural Park. Experience the mass of snow in the upbeat snowmobile safari, or put on snowshoes to find the most amazing white sculptures, naturally formed on pine trees. Have a magical husky- or reindeer sledge ride in the untouched wilderness.
A forested landscape surround the ski runs on Isö-Syöte, formerly two resorts but officially merged in 1994 to make one of Finland’s biggest, as well as most southerly ski centers. There is no real resort but log cabins are a popular and cosy form of local accommodation. Average snow depth in April is 62 cm, with 17 hours of daylight in which to enjoy it.
